Between an aging workforce, the Great Resignation after COVID, a shift in skill requirements, and a shrinking pool of skilled talent, it’s no longer “Breaking News” that the A/E/C Industry will continue to face hiring and retention challenges for the foreseeable future. This challenge is expected to intensify as the industry anticipates growth in the coming years, raising concerns about how to bridge the persistent—and now growing—labor gap. Join us as we discuss the strategies that are working to attract and retain the next generations’ brightest candidates, how to get future generations excited about careers in this sector and what we can all do to help build a healthy pipeline of talented individuals for years to come.

This morning, we also celebrate our annual PWC award winners as we applaud their contributions in the following categories: Woman of Achievement, Rising Star, Excellence in Mentoring, Volunteer of the Year.
