We are proud to welcome Kaitlin McCarthy, Founder and CEO of Ionic Development Company (WBE) and Co-Founder of ARX, a groundbreaking brand designing high-quality PPE tailored specifically for women—combining superior safety, comfort, and fit. Kaitlin will share how her personal journey and professional experiences inspired her to innovate in both real estate development and construction safety.
