The Director of Operations – Construction Projects is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and financial results of all construction-based building automation projects at CTC Building Solutions. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring strong revenue performance, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The Director of Operations leads project managers, electricians and control technicians responsible for installing and commissioning building automation systems across multiple projects. This position holds direct accountability for project revenue realization, gross margin performance, backlog management, and operational productivity.

Working closely with executive leadership and the sales organization, the Director of Operations ensures a seamless transition from project sales to execution while supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives through disciplined project delivery and operational excellence.
